*Session locations are exceptionally important to the success of a photo shoot. We will mutually decide on the best location based on the dog's personality, client's desire for type of photographs and the location's ability to provide varying backgrounds. Flower Crowns

Flower crown images are an included option for all of our sessions. We have a collection of flower crowns we can bring to your session or you can bring your own.

Puppy's First Year Session Package

This is a collection of 3 sessions to capture the growth of your puppy during his first year. The package is available with all three session options.

How It Works – 3 Easy Steps

Step 1 – Book Your Session

Email or text us at 517-990-5630 to arrange a date.

Step 2 – Enjoy Your Photo Shoot!

Enjoy your session and watch your pup shine! Your dog will naturally feel the most secure with you by his side and we will guide you every step of the way on where to stand and how to help throughout the session. We do the rest. Your pup is totally up for this - no matter his personality.

Step 3 – Pick Your favorites!

You will receive an online link for your gallery 2-4 weeks after your session. Additional digital photos are available for purchase through Digital Photo Collections listed below. Your chosen files will be delivered via electronic transfer, as soon as they go through a final edit.

"Trish and Birgit were INCREDIBLE to work with! They were highly professional, fun, and really knew how to work with dogs. My partner and I cannot recommend them enough. Trish was highly flexible as well. We initially had an issue with it being too cloudy for quality shots, so she encouraged us to reschedule so that we really got our money’s worth. We also couldn’t believe how good of a job they did posing our dogs. My partner and I had to do very little, other than standing off to the side with our dogs’ leashes (which Trish photoshopped out). Every single person who sees our professional photos is blown away by the poses they got (and especially the action shots!). "Absolutely recommend Tailwagger Photography! I was anxious that my Obie wouldn’t cooperate, but the way Trish works ensured cooperation because she was responsive to Obie rather than trying to force him to pose in particular locations. She knew the area so well; she knew there were places all over where she could capture photos. She could tell he was not an active dog, and his favorite pose was “I’m just going to lie down and smile,” but she also got some great action shots! She’s an expert, so don’t let worries that your dog won’t behave perfectly stop you! It was an enjoyable evening exploring a beautiful park with my canine best friend, Trish, and her assistant Birgit. We are so happy with the whole experience with Tailwagger and love all the photos we’ll have forever."
